I would like to update my review.  After posting my review the owner immediately contacted me and informed that the reason for lack of communication was because of a technical issue with the phone lines.  The owner very apologetic and was then compensating for the whole situation.  I did go to my appointment a couple weeks ago.  Safra was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained each procedure in detail.  It was defiantly a pleasant experience and I defiantly probably be back.  I recommend them for sure.

I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE MY POST BELOW. AFTER MY  ORGINAL POSTING, THE OWNER DID CONTACT ME. IT WAS RELATED TO ME APPRENTLY THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE WAY CALLS WERE BEING DIRECTED.  THE OWVER WAS VERY APOLOGITIC AND MORE THAN COMPANSATING.  I DID GO TO MY APPOINT WHICH OVER ALL WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. SAFRA WAS VERY FREINDLY AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. I PROBABLY DEFINITELY BE BACK! :)

I saw a post on Facebook for 2 sessions for $199.00 and decided to book an appointment. They asked for a $30.00 deposit, which I paid. Due to a scheduling conflict, I had to reschedule. When I called and left a voicemail to cancel since no one answered, I immediately received a text saying that it had and that I had 30 days to reschedule and the phone number to call. I called Etched Cryo AT LEAST 20 times attempting to reschedule, I emailed, and even called and texted the phone number from my original booking. I received a text from the original number saying that someone would contact me soon, which no one ever did. That was the only communication I ever received, and I am out $30.00!!!! I truly enjoyed the experience. Bethany was amazing, and Eric the owner who coordinated my scheduling was so helpful. I had never received Cryo before. Bethany measured me at the start and was gracious to ask me if I wanted to know the measurements or not know them. I said Yes! After, I was able to lay on a comfortable chair/table and got the Cryo on my problem area (stomach from my baby and C-section scar). It is pretty quick, and totally painless, just a little cold, but not even that cold. Afterwards, we stand on this vibrating thing that helps disperse and integrate. Bethany provided me with education on next steps: hydrate and move (even just walking if needed) as this helps the lymphatic system, which I already do:). I really like this whole experience as it felt so holistic, self-advocating, and a nice little treat for myself at a price I cannot say no to especially for what it does!! She also supplied me with the knowledge I needed and it was easy to do. Lastly, the room was pretty and relaxing, and the office space was easy to find.  I will be going back. My stomach already looks slimmer. and less bloated. Thanks:)

Update: I’ve been going since and have been 5 times now. This past time I tried EMS as well. My skin looks tighter on my tummy from c section in 2016, and that makes me really happy!

My first experience at EtchedCryo was exceptional. I went in for Cryo slimming, an excellent treatment to remove belly fat. Additionally, they offered EMS sculpting, which effectively tightens the abdominal muscles. Bethany was the individual who kindly explained everything to me with easily understandable knowledge. I comprehended the process and what it would take for me to achieve optimal results. Understandably, the first session may not yield major results, but like any journey, it is a process, and a few more sessions will be needed to reach my goal of a flat stomach. This is an excellent option for someone like me who has some extra fat in the belly but is not extremely overweight.
